Lessons Learned: My Favorite Projects {January 20th}

Here again are a couple of my favorite projects I found while flipping through the DIY blog websites. These people have totally inspired me and want me to get out my paint brush (or sewing machine, oven mitt, and anything else crafty)!

First up is this fabulous bathroom makeover from A Pumpkin and a Princess. The color choice is absolutely stunning, and of course I’m a sucker for a stencil!

Next up is a kids pallet table from Shabby Love. I need to make one of these… like NOW. Simply adorable with the matching chairs, too!

I’m also diggin’ this hand-stamped jewelry from Fancy Frugal Life. You can pick up the blank metal rings from your local craft store and personalize for a special gift. LOVE this!

Board and batten is all the rage these days in DIY interior design. If you’re looking for a great tutorial with photos, check out It All Started with Paint. Linda just redid her foyer and it is WONDERFUL.

And finally here’s a wonderful recipe to keep your tummy warm and your heart happy this winter season! Hot Chocolate Cupcakes from Cupcakes for Party. This look AMAZING and super simple to make. I’ll be making these when we get our next snow!

That’s it for this week! Don’t forget to check out my VALENTINE’S DAY SERIES starting on Monday. I have 8 lovely guest bloggers visiting throughout the week to share some holiday crafts, recipes and DIY projects. I’m very excited to show you their incredible talents!!

Have a WONDERFUL weekend :)
