August in Review

So I’ve never done this before but thought I would give it a while. In case you missed it, here’s some of my favorite projects from the month of August…

Dollar Store Flower Centerpieces

Great idea for a baby or bridal shower centerpiece, but these cheap Dollar Store flower arrangements currently sit on my Dining Room table.

Pirate Birthday Printables

Invitation, food cards, water bottle labels, cupcake toppers and a birthday banner. Everything you could possibly need for your little one’s birthday party.

 Painted Telephone Table

I’m in the process of changing over my Great Room so I’m trying to revamp my current furniture with a fresh coat of paint. Here’s one of my projects from August.

Fireplace Mantel Makeover

I may be sharing my Fall mantel next week, but here was my August lighter and brighter version. Love the bunting and scrapbook paper covered books.

Interchangeable Chunky Chain Necklaces

I’m not a rule follower. So when I received my August Whimseybox, here’s what I created: interchangeable chunky chain necklaces.

Fall Bucket List

With Fall right around the corner, I’m getting into the mood with a new printable… my Fall Bucket List.

Hand Painted Chip & Dip Set

With the help of Deco Arts transparent paints, I transformed a $4 chip and dip set into a colorful set for any football or fall party. Plus only a 5 minute project, gotta love that.

Fall Subway Art

Fall Wreath

And of course my favorite project from August was my Fall Wreath. I’m ready for these 105 degree dog days of summer to be over. I’m ready for Fall, how ’bout you?

And did you notice that I added a new section to my website? Now you can find all of my favorite Inspiration Files under one place. Love this new addition for my readers.

So, what are you looking forward to in September?

I’m liking the 3 day Labor Day Weekend!

Fall Subway Art (free printable)

I’m just finishing up my Fall mantel and thought I needed one more thing to make it my own. So I figured since I’m a graphic designer by trade, I would create a fun and festive Fall Subway Art printable to display.

Save the file to your desktop, print out 100% and trim.
Use an 8×10 inch frame to display.

Also don’t forget to print out my Fall Bucket List!
Hope you enjoy!

I created this printable using Photoshop.
