We have a 1960′s bathroom vanity (sink), blue and the vanity is made with a laminate that shreds if you touch the underside. I would use this money toward the purchase of a nice, NEW, white vanity!!!

I’d love to begin framing our basement! I’m expecting in 6 weeks and we had to move our son down to a wide open and cold, bare basement.

First I have to get w/d that has the dials/controls in the front rather than on top, and tear out one pretend wall to get it all done. I have got to work on my hubby’s man room! It is the only room in the house that has not been painted! Then any left over funds will go towards the bath tub fixtures being replaced!

What an awesome giveaway! My next project will be the half bath under the stairs. It has old wallpaper from the previous owner that is screaming for a great painted pattern and it needs shelving to replace the hideous cabinet over the toilet.

I live in an old house so my list of DIY projects is long! I think I would start with a new floor in the bathroom which is needed desperately! Also new windows since these are original to the house (at least 1950′s). Kitchen needs total tear out and remodel so the gift card wouldn’t get me too far on that one! Yeah, think I would start on the bathroom floor – from the joists up!
Since spring is right around the corner, I’d probably use it on some curb appeal–new plants, mulch, etc. Thanks for the giveaway!

Cool, I never thought to use tile to decorate a mirror, would work great in my bathroom. I’ve been wanting to repaint my fireplace mantel. It’s a weird tan color and I want to make it a rich dark brown.
