What’s Cooking: Poppy Seed Chicken Casserole

OK, so it was a busy weekend for us. We had a progressive dinner with the new neighbors and some friends over for the Superbowl. Lots of cooking as you can imagine!

Since we were the main course for the progressive dinner and needed to make enough food for 24 people, I decided to make a family recipe, Grandma’s Poppy Seed Chicken.

Hi Erin, I’m one of your new neighbors :). I wasn’t able to make it to the dinner because I was at home with a sick baby, but my husband and 5 year old were there. He mentioned how good the chicken was and my daughter hasn’t stopped talking about THE STAGE! Steve said you were a DIY blogger so I set out to find you, and find you I did….complete with a recipe for the yummy chicken and pictures of the stage. I will gladly cook the chicken but I’m not sure I can whip up a stage. :)
I look forward to meeting you! -Bryn

Ooh Bryn, how cool is that! So nice to hear from you! We surely missed you on Saturday. My 6 year old had an awesome time with your daughter though. I’m sure they’ll be best buds this summer :) Look forward to meeting you!
