5 Minute Peanut Butter Pie

This is a sponsored post written by me on behalf of Dollar General for IZEA. All opinions are 100% mine.

I feel like this time of year we always get invited to barbecues and family dinners last minute. I always feel obligated to bring something, so I usually go to one of my old, fast favorites… Peanut Butter Pie.

EASY peanut butter pieThis is actually really good as a pie or a fruit dip.
The best part is it only take 5 minutes to make… seriously.
The perfect dish for Spring!

INGREDIENTS:
• 9 inch graham cracker crust
• 8oz cream cheese
• 3/4 cup of powdered sugar
• 1/2 cup of peanut butter
• 2 tbsp milk or milk substitute
• 8oz Cool Whip|
• Reese’s peanut butter chips (optional)

The best part is you can grab all of these ingredients from Dollar General while you’re there shopping for your party supplies, home decorations, cleaning supplies, or household needs. I was actually quite happy with how many groceries they had available. Makes my life easier with one-stop shopping!

Ok… back to my favorite Springtime dessert…

And if you want to make it as a fruit dip,
just pour it into a bowl instead of a graham cracker crust.
So easy! …and delicious ;)

So light and fluffy too.
Perfect for a Springtime dessert!

Cadbury Cream Egg Candies Dip

This is a sponsored post written by me on behalf of The Hershey Company for IZEA. All opinions are 100% mine.

Easter is one of my favorite times of the year. It’s usually the first sign of Spring in St. Louis and we always enjoy getting outdoors for our Easter egg hunt and our weirdest family tradition, a piñata. Yeah, not quite sure how that actually fits in with the Easter holiday, but with 19 nieces and nephews, we needed something fun to entertain the kids!

piñataWe always fill our piñata with tons of goodies: Hershey’s Milk Chocolate Bunnies, Reese’s Peanut Butter Eggs, and my absolute favorite… Cadbury Creme Egg Candies.
