If you've got a lot of mouths to feed, this casserole won't disappoint! Leftovers of this chicken casserole are great too
Preheat oven to 350°.
Boil or bake chicken and cut into small pieces.
Place cooked noodles into bottom of 9x13" baking dish.
Mix chicken with soups and sour cream in separate bowl then place in baking dish on top of noodles.
Place crushed crackers on top of casserole.
Top with melted stick of butter.
Sprinkle poppy seeds on top.
Bake for 30 minutes or until bubbly around edges.
