Shrimp Bisque

Author How to Nest for Less

Ingredients

  • 2 cans of cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 can of cream of celery soup
  • 2 & 2/3 cup milk
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 3 tbsp white wine optional
  • 1/2 cup chopped celery
  • 1/2 cup chopped green onions
  • 1 to 1 1/2 lbs of medium or large shrimp peeled
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In large pot, combine cream soups, milk, Worcestershire sauce, green onions, and celery. Bring to a boil then reduce heat to medium low.
  2. Add shrimp and white wine (optional) and simmer for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  3. Stir in salt & pepper (I put in about 1 tbsp of each, I like it more flavorful!).
  4. ENJOY!!
