Chicken Spaghetti Casserole

Ingredients

  • 1 package thin spaghetti
  • 2 cups chicken broth
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 1/2 cup flour
  • 2 cups cooked chicken cubed
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 small can sliced mushrooms
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook spaghetti al dente.
  2. Mix broth, soup, flour, butter, salt and pepper in a large pan. Boil for 1 minute under medium heat. Add mushrooms and chicken.
  3. In separate bowl mix together sauce and cooked spaghetti, then transfer to a 13×9 inch baking dish. Top with shredded cheese.
  4. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes.
