Ranch Dijon Chicken

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 cup ranch dressing
  • cup dijon mustard
  • ½ cup butter or margarine
  • cup dry white wine (optional)
  • Angel hair or spaghetti noodles
  • parsley


  1. Whisk together Ranch dressing and mustard. Set aside.

  2. Saute chicken in butter until brown.

  3. Remove chicken from skillet but keep the remaining cooked butter in place. Pour wine into skillet and simmer on medium high for one minute.

  4. Whisk in Ranch and dijon mustard mixture. Blend well.

  5. Cook noodles as suggested.

  6. Place chicken on a bed of noodles and cover chicken with sauce. Sprinkle with parsley.
