Wild Berry Cheesecake Eggrolls

Good for breakfast, an appetizer, or a delicious snack, these wild berry cheesecake eggrolls will be your new favorite dish!

  • 2 cups chopped strawberries
  • 2 cups blueberries
  • 8 oz cream cheese
  • ½ cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • egg roll wraps
  • cinnamon sugar
  • nonstick baking spray


  1. Preheat oven to 375°.

  2. Spray cookie sheet with nonstick cooking spray and set aside.

  3. Combine cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla in bowl and whip together.

  4. Scoop about 1 tablespoon of mixture onto egg roll wrap.

  5. Next add a small scoop of strawberries and blueberries.

  6. Work the egg roll wrapper as a diamond.

  7. Roll the bottom corner up over the ingredients tightly.

  8. Next fold the left and right sides over, then finish rolling the wrapper.

  9. Use a little bit of water to seal the flap down.

  10. Place egg roll on baking sheet.

  11. Spray with nonstick spray and sprinkle with cinnamon sugar.

  12. Bake at 375° for about 10 minutes or until golden brown.
