There’s just something about a deliciously awesome salad during summer. It’s the best side to go with any BBQ or add some chicken for a main dish. Well, today I’m going to share my absolute favorite with you.

I call it… The Best Summer Side Salad Ever.

Ingredients:

  • Romaine lettuce
  • Spinach leafs
  • Dried cranberries
  • Feta cheese
  • Chopped walnuts
  • Girard’s champagne dressing

the best summer salad everThe best part of this mixture is that you can add as much or little of the ingredients as you find necessary. Me? I love dried cranberries. Seriously one of my favorite snacks. Maybe that’s why I love this salad so much.
