Last weekend I threw my little sister a baby shower for her little bundle of joy that’s soon to make his debut! I created some fun printables for her party and thought I would share them with you today!
Included is an invitation, food cards, cupcake toppers or favor tags, water bottle labels and a party banner. Hope you enjoy!
First up is an invitation. Above you can see what I sent to print: a 5×7 one-sided card. Below is a blank version that you can revise in PicMonkey, Photoshop or even Paint. I would suggest printing on cardstock and inserting into blank envelopes (I purchased mine from Target & WalMart in the past).
Food cards are a great idea for your party, especially if you have guests with allergies. The printable leaves the bottom blank so you can customize to your menu. Just edit in Photoshop, PicMonkey or even add text in Microsoft Word once you place this file inside a blank document.
The water bottle labels should be printed on a glossy white paper so the condensation from the cold water doesn’t quickly dissolve the paper label. Five labels are printed on one sheet of 8.5×11 inch paper.
I also designed some extra little cards to use as needed. Just print, trim out, tape to toothpick for the cupcake toppers… or you can use a hole punch and attach these to little treat bags with ribbon. The last design is left blank so you can personalize.
I also created a little baby shower banner. The font I used is called “Love Ya Like A Sister” and you can download it for free from dafont.com.
The attached banner download says “WELCOME BABY BOY”. Or you can create your own on 4.25 x 5.5 inch cards with a font size of 300 pts.
HOPE YOU ENJOY!
These are so cute! Thanks for the freebie! I love when people do baby boy stuff because there is so much for girls out there already.
I totally agree, April! So much girl stuff out there (which is totally why I had to create these printables!).
these are just gorgeous! there is a lot of girl stuff but these are REALLY cute…you wouldn’t happen to have this in pink?
Thanks Carlee! Sorry, I dont have this in pink at this time. Will definitely have to make something in the future!

Ok, first off, I love this design and the colors you chose! Secondly, I must be an idiot, but I can’t seem to figure out how to print the items other than the banner. Help! I’m giving a shower for my sister-in-law this weekend!
Hi, I am with Julie, the only thing that will download is the banner. How do you download the other items, really like them. Shower is in two weeks. Thanks for your help
Right click on the file and save it to your desktop. It’s a printable JPG.
I REALLY love this design and I haven’t found anything I like as much since I’ve started looking. How do we download the invitation and the place card thingys?

This is soooo gorgeous!
Do you have a girl version of this?
Thank you so much!
Sorry, I dont have a girl version at this time.
May I just say you are PRETTY AWESOME for making this fabulous find available for us online! Having a baby hits the purse strings as it is and having really professional, cute labels such as these helps a lot. THANK YOU!
You’re welcome!! Glad you can use them!
I absolutely LOVE your invitation! All of your printables are adorable. I can’t wait to show them to my sister. I am having trouble with the Contribute font though. The numbers aren’t the same. Did you use a different font? Thanks so much for sharing your designs!
Eek, I just saw that! Try using Simplesnails (another free font from dafont.com). Hope that helps!
These are so cute, but when I try to download the file I only get the banner? Help!
Right click on the rest of the files to save them to your desktop! They’re just high resolution JPGs, not PDFs.
This is adorable, I’d love to use this for my friends baby shower. Can you tell me what fonts where used as they work so well with this design.
Fonts are Love Ya Like a Sister and Contribute.
Thank you very much 🙂
You’re welcome 😉
Thank you so much for sharing! Love the printables. Can I ask how you would edit them in word? Do you drag and drop the JPEG? I can’t seem to get it into Word. Thanks!
Save the JPGs to your desktop and then place in Microsoft Word. Then you should be able to create a text box on top of the artwork. Hope that helps!
How do I print the name on the water label
Place the water bottle label in Microsoft Word and then type on top of the JPG. Or you can import into PicMonkey.com and add text. Good luck to you!
Hi, I want to use the food card template as place cards. What size cardstock did you use for printing? Are the food cards the same size as place cards or are they larger?
Thanks for sharing.
I used 8.5×11 inches and just trimmed it. Food cards would be larger than place cards though. Try placing the JPG in Microsoft Word and then resize. Hope that helps!
Serious Thanks! Love this and it is perfect for the shower! Thank you for being so willing to share your awesome work!!
I LOVE this design and the colors! It’s so kind of you to share free printables.
But when I try to download the file I only get the banner? I can’t save the files in my desktop. Shower is the next weekend. Thanks for your help!
Try right clicking on the files and then save to your desktop. Or click on the image and it will open in a new window. Then right click on the file to save to your desktop. Those images are full sized JPGs. Hope that helps!

You are wonderful for sharing these printables!! I’m using them this weekend! Is that a chex mix you made for the favor bags? Where can I find that recipe? It’s so cute with the blue sprinkles.
It was a puppy chow mix (or muddy buddies to some!). You can find the recipe here:

What script did you use for the “please join us”?
Font is Love Ya Like a Sister.
I just stumbled upon your beautiful baby boy printables. I’m hosting a shower next month and they are just a perfect fit for my decorating. Thank you so much for sharing your creativity at no cost. I’m giving the shower by myself and you know how quickly everything adds up. I very much appreciate your kindness and thoughtfulness.
You’re welcome, glad you can use them!
How do I put these free printable in a word document to edit?? Need your help asap….. Shower is July 22, 2017
Place it as a JPG and make a text box over it. I would suggest PicMonkey or something similar though. Much easier to personalize!
Thank you so much for the free printables. They are georgeous. I am working on a baby shower for my
first grandchild a little boy.
Could you tell me how to put my grandson’s name Welcome baby Carter on the bottle labels and how to print them. I was able to print the banner “Welcome Baby Boy” but unable to to print any of the other freebies.
I would really appreciate any help you can give me.
You will need to bring the labels into Photoshop or PicMonkey to edit with text on top of the JPG. Hope that helps a little!
thank you! looks great for my baby”s friend…
Hi there… such cute invites n such… I went to download file to print the invitation but all that opens is the welcome baby banner…. did I not do something right or are the invites even able to b printed??
