parmesan crusted chicken recipeOne of my resolutions for the New Year is to cook more often and have sit-down family dinners each night. I’ve been digging out old family recipes and finding quick and easy new ones, like this 4 ingredient Parmesan Crusted Chicken from eMeals. Delish!

  • 4 to 6 boneless chicken breasts
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese
  • 2/3 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/3 cup bread crumbs

parmesan crusted chicken dinnerMix the mayonnaise and parmesan cheese together and spread on top of the chicken breasts. Cover with breadcrumbs.

Bake in the oven at 425 degrees for 25 minutes uncovered. Quick, easy and delicious dinner with very little prep time. Gotta love that!

Parmesan Crusted Chicken

This delicious chicken dish only has 4 ingredients and is sure to impress!

Ingredients

  • 4-6 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • ½ cup Parmesan cheese
  • ⅔ cup mayonnaise
  • ⅓ cup bread crumbs

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 425°.

  2. Mix the mayonnaise and Parmesan cheese together and spread on top of the chicken breasts.

  3. Cover with breadcrumbs.

  4. Bake in the oven at 425° for 25 minutes uncovered.
