Last weekend my sister and I were on a cooking kick trying out some of our favorite recipes my mom used to make when we were little. While the chili cheese dip I showed you guys in the past ranks #1 on my list, this artichoke dip is definitely a close second!
The best part? Only 4 ingredients!
Plus the 5 minute prep time doesn’t hurt 😉
INGREDIENTS:
- 1 can artichoke hearts, quartered
- 1 cup mayo
- 1 package Good Seasons Italian salad dressing mix
- 3/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
DIRECTIONS:
This is super easy. Dump all ingredients into a bowl and mix together.
Then spread the mix into a dish (I like to use glass pie pans).
Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
Serve with cracker or tortilla chips.
Even my daughter LOVES this dip!
Perfect to bring to any party or family gathering.

Artichoke Dip
Ingredients
