Chicken Spaghetti Bake

We have big plans this weekend (tomorrow is my birthday) but Sunday afternoon I plan on making this Chicken Spaghetti Bake. Perfect as a family dinner, casserole for a sick friend, or lunches for the week. Let’s get to it!

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 package thin spaghetti
  • 2 cups chicken broth
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 1/2 cup flour
  • 2 cups cooked chicken, cubed
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 small can sliced mushrooms
  • Salt and pepper to taste

DIRECTIONS:
Cook spaghetti al dente.

Mix broth, soup, flour, butter, salt and pepper in a large pan. Boil for 1 minute under medium heat. Add mushrooms and chicken.

In separate bowl mix together sauce and cooked spaghetti, then transfer to a 13×9 inch baking dish. Top with shredded cheese.

Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes.
Then sit back and enjoy the yumminess of this amazing casserole.

Chicken Spaghetti Casserole

Prep Time 15 minutes
Cook Time 25 minutes
Servings 12

Ingredients

  • 1 package thin spaghetti
