I was pretty surprised by the food included in the kit, including lots of chocolate (this is supposed to be a diet, right?).
I also loved the granola mixed with some of my favorite yogurt…
The kit comes with a grocery menu as well so you can add in your fresh fruits, veggies and any other perishables to complete your meals. And what I love is that since I’m already at Walmart getting this kit, I can get the rest of the groceries while I’m there!
Also there is a 5-Day Nutrisystem kit designed for people losing weight to help manage their diabetes available in the pharmacy section of select stores!
