Here again are a couple of my favorite projects I found while flipping through the DIY blog websites. These people have totally inspired me and want me to get out my paint brush (or sewing machine, oven mitt, and anything else crafty)!
I’m getting into the Thanksgiving mode this week with decorating my home and found this glorious mantel for inspiration. Completely LOVING that garland from Homespun with Love. Check out her site for complete details on each piece.
Next up are these scrumptious No Bake Cake Batter Truffles from Chef in Training. Seriously, this is the dessert of my dreams! Hmm… I might just have to make these for our neighborhood fall festival this weekend.
So my brother just bought his very first home this week. Here’s the perfect idea for a housewarming gift… Scrabble coasters! Yep, I think he would totally dig these. Thanks for the idea Everyday Art.
Next up is this beautiful white dresser makeover from Liz Marie Blog. I love how she always takes a plain everyday piece and transforms it into something stylish & chic. LOVE!
I simply love the idea of this next project. So, what do you do with all the art projects that your kids bring home from school? It’s impossible to store and save everything, right? The letter 4 suggests that you take a photo of each project and make a scrapbook. DUH! What a fabulous idea!! How cool would it be to have a different scrapbook for every year in school? Definitely going to start this tradition.
Well that’s it for my favorites! I’m so excited for the BIG reveal I have coming on Monday for my office/craft room. It’s not 100% complete, but I just can’t wait any longer to show you what I have thus far!
I also have a really AMAZING giveaway next Tuesday! STAY TUNED. You won’t wanna miss it!
